25 Adar 1, 5763

I hereby come with these words of praise for the organization Ezras Yisroel. It is an organization of tzedakah and chesed, and, as it's name so appropriately suggests, it assists Jews in need. Ezras Yisroel generously supports our Jewish brethren in distress, who look to Ezras Yisroel. It is led by avreichim - distinguished men, yirei Hashem, who honor His name. These leaders have assumed the holy work of approaching generous Jews, and collecting funds for needy families. They help the broken hearted and the despairing, people whose eyes are raised to them for help.

I have joined these mitzva doers, and come with an urgent call to our Jewish brethren, rachmonim bnei rachmonim - compassionate people from compassionate families. Raise your hands to holiness! Come join those who help the poor for the sake of Heaven. Give with strength, a good eye, and a generous spirit, each Jew according to the means with which Hashem has blessed him, so that the askanim - the lay leaders - can continue their work - work that embraces the arms of the world with its charitable acts.

Those who have compassion on people, will merit compassion from Heaven. They will be spared from every bad thing, from every tragedy and disaster, and from every wound and illness. May Hakadosh Baruch Hu send blessings and success on all of your endeavors, with abundance and charm, goodness, long life and good livelihood, with great joy and nachas. Amen.
